I've also come across a very good Youtube channel, Syrian Scenes, which has been putting English subtitles on some videos coming out of Syria.

This footage was purportedly filmed in Homs by Syrian activists and uploaded on April 4, 2012. It depicts Dr. Muhammad al-Muhammad, one of the last surviving physicians in Baba 'Amr, in an unnamed "field hospital". He alleges a dozen refugees from Baba 'Amr have exhibited symptoms consistent with the use of chemical weapons by the regime. He calls upon international human rights groups to intervene to provide a proper diagnosis.

April 5th - This footage, uploaded by Syrian activists on April 5, 2012, depicts the Syrian air force bombing the city of Tel al-Rifa'at in the Aleppo province of northern Syria. (English subtitles)

On April 3, 2012 Syrian activists uploaded this footage purportedly taken from the National Hospital within the city of Homs. Rebels from the Free Syrian Army took control of the hospital on April 1. They found 75 bodies hidden in its freezers.
