Connection Issues

Things have been a bit slow on the blog recently for a couple of reason, firstly in the last couple of weeks of June I've been on various trips abroad on blog related business, which produced some interesting stuff, but nothing I could do a blog post on.  My second problem for the last couple of weeks is I've been in Turkey, and the person who was supposed to provide me with internet access while I was here has let me down badly, so I'm now relying on slow internet in cafes to get me by, which is no good for my usual method of work.

If you are one of the many people who have sent me emails over the past couple of weeks, I apologise for not getting back to you right away, I pretty much have to resort to writing all my emails offline, then sending them off as soon as I get a connection.  Same with Twitter, I'm pretty much getting once or twice a day to read my Tweets, so again, I apologise for not getting back to you with my usual swiftness.

While I wait for a reliable internet connection I've been working on a few larger pieces.  My last two posts have been looking at the gas grenades linked to alleged chemical attacks, and I'm currently waiting for around six chemical weapons specialists to reply to questions I've sent them on sarin, the Saraqeb attack, where the US claimed sarin was used; and the Khan al-Assal attack, where Russia claims sarin was used.  Once I have those answers I plan to do a massive post examinin all the evidence relating to the Saraqeb and Khan al-Assal attacks, and seeing the evidence actually points towards sarin being used in both attacks.

Meanwhile, in my internet free time I put together this piece for Sabotage Times on my work.

  2. How’s your internet connection now? Slow internet connections do really take its toll on you, especially when you are updating a blog or a social media account. I can see that you weren’t able to address some issues because of the internet connection problem. I hope you were able to fix that by now as I am looking forward to reading your blogs.
